Carolina Caiado is experienced in the administrative law, infrastructure and regulated sectors.

She is knowledgeable in concessions, authorizations and PPPs, defense sector public procurement proceedings, government contracts, regulatory agencies, courts of audits, administrative proceedings, administrative corruption and improbity, governmental incentives and compliance involving the public sector.
Carolina has advised on projects related to ports and navigation, airports, highways, railways, urban mobility, power, basic public sanitation, urban concessions and telecommunications.

Before joining the firm, she worked as a legal advisor to the State Secretariat of Economic Development of Minas Gerais.
