Lina Santiago is a Senior Associate at Campos Mello Advogados' Employment & Benefits practice, based in São Paulo.
Lina focuses her practice on Brazilian labor and social security law, particularly with regard to prevention of employment matters and HR advisory. She has extensive experience advising clients in matters related to due diligence, transfer of employees, employee benefits, stock option plans, variable compensation, employment agreements, employment terminations, executive compensation, collective labor matters and union relations, occupational health and safety matters.
Lina began her career as an associate of the employment and social security practice at a prominent Brazilian law firm. After that, she worked as the Legal Manager to a financial institution and a foreign telecommunications company. Before joining Campos Mello Advogados in 2016, Lina served as an HR manager at one of Brazil's largest retail groups.
