Nathália de Oliveira Souza is experienced in oil and gas and maritime law. She has advised on ship recycling projects and disputes involving maritime transport before the port authority, maritime court and courts throughout Brazil.

She has experience in bid processes and related regulatory issues involving E&P contracts, as well as structuring, documentation and negotiation of oil and gas transactions. She has additionally assisted in the drafting, review and negotiation of a variety of agreements in the oil and gas industry, both in the onshore and offshore segments.
