Ana is a banking and finance attorney, experienced in restructuring, real estate finance and project finance. She represents Mexican and foreign banks and other lenders providing counseling in connection with loans and in the creation of Mexican security packages. Ana also has extensive experience in real estate transactions, focused in the hospitality and leisure, industrial and housing areas, representing landowners, developers, landlords, tenants and lenders.

Ana also provides legal advice to clients in connection with their data privacy matters. She is involved in pro bono matters, working closely to non-profit organizations to promote access to justice for minorities and disadvantaged communities.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Ana was an associate at a leading transactional law firm in Mexico City.
