Michael serves as co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets practice. He focuses on representing clients in public and private capital markets transactions such as IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. In addition to his work on offerings by US companies, he has considerable experience in cross-border offerings for foreign issuers selling securities into the United States. His clients include global investment banks, issuers, and investors, and his experience extends to a variety of industries ranging from life sciences, technology and other growth sectors to media and consumer goods.

Michael has an extensive background the area of alternative financing techniques, such as confidentially marketed public offerings, bought deals, registered direct offerings, private investments in public equity and at-the-market offerings. Michael also regularly advises clients on corporate and securities compliance and reporting matters.
