Our course is designed to provide an overview of the key challenges and considerations which are present when implementing a global restructuring programme, as well the opportunity to explore the cultural and local law differences between jurisdictions.

These sessions are delivered in a practical and engaging way, using a case study to help bring the issues to life.

The masterclass is split into three sessions.


Session 1: Managing a global restructuring

Using our extensive experience of working on global restructuring programmes, we discuss some of the key considerations and challenges that you may face during the roll out of a global restructuring programme and we will offer practical ways that you can address these in the planning stages.



Session 2: Local laws - key considerations

Each local jurisdiction has a set of specific considerations, consultation requirements and cultural differences. We will help you navigate these in all of the relevant jurisdictions to you.
