Juliet de Graaf focuses on financial regulatory law. She advises on national, international and European regulatory matters affecting financial institutions, including the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), the Prospectus Directive, the Market Abuse Directive (MAD), the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD), the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) and on-going national, international and European financial reforms.

Juliet advises banks, investment firms, investment funds and other financial institutions on  the impact of financial services regulation in the Netherlands, Europe and internationally. She also advises on securities transactions, capital requirements, market structure, governance and surveillance and supervision of markets.
