Noa Naaman

Noa Naaman specialises in intellectual property law with a focus on trademark, design and copyright law and online disputes. Her practice consists of litigating, advising and negotiating for both national and international clients. Noa has great interest in art law and has acted for cultural institutions in art-related disputes.

Previously, Noa has gained experience in financial and commercial litigation, including interim relief proceedings, attachment proceedings, evidentiary seizures and cross-border disputes, and has represented large (Dutch) banks and other financial institutions.

Noa has published various articles in both national and international legal journals on intellectual property-related topics.
