Within her broad employment practice, Tanya van Nieuwstadt places emphasis on both individual and collective dismissal, transfer of undertaking, (international) reorganisations, harmonisation of and amendments to terms and conditions of employment and matters in the field of collective labour agreements. In addition Tanya has specific knowledge on the mandatory process with regards to the guidance of sick employees.

Tanya has specific experience on employer's liability with regard to industrial accidents or work related illness. Tanya both advises and litigates in these fields. Her clients includes both Dutch and foreign (listed) companies in various sectors with a special focus on fashion and retail.
