EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Aberdeen Standard Investments on numerous (turnkey) transactions throughout the Netherlands, such as the acquisitions of logistics warehouse properties located in -amongst others - Waalwijk, Waddinxveen, Ede, Venlo, Zeewolde and 's-Heerenberg.
  • Advising Kingstreet on the sale of an office portfolio located near railway stations.
  • Advising Neo Capital on the acquisition through a share deal of the office building Weena 200 in Rotterdam.
  • Advising Goldman Sachs in relation to a bridging loan to Feyenoord Rotterdam to assist with the development of its new 63,000 seat football stadium.
  • Advising Perusa on the acquisition of Xindao Group under the holding company Huwest Holding B.V.
  • Advising Aareal Bank AG on an up to €1 billion pan-European real estate loan to Invesco Real Estate which represents one of 2016's largest European real estate financings.
