Julia van der Veen advises in the area of data protection, advertising, intellectual property and (commercial) contracting. She deals with complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and provides hands-on strategic advice.

Her practice includes advising on (big) data strategy and governance, data compliance and security, the handling of data breach incidents, misleading and comparative advertising, the use of trademarks, copyright, commercial contracts and consumer law matters.

Julia is actively involved in quite a few of the firm's pro bono projects.
