Linda advises on a broad range of subjects, including the Dutch Financial Supervision Act and secondary legislation, the Markets in Financial Instruments legislation (MiFID, MiFID II and MiFIR), the Prospectus Directive, anti-money laundering legislation (MAD, MAD II and MAR), the Payment Service Directives (PSD and PSD II), the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), the Capital Requirements Directive and Regulation (CRD and CRR) and the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). Furthermore Linda advises on the (special) duty of care under the Dutch civil law of, among others, financial entities.
