Linda van Hal focuses on advising domestic and international clients, such as banks, financial institutions, private equity investors and borrowers. She advises on financial transactions in both domestic and cross-border work, including structuring, documentation, negotiation, implementation of finance transactions as well as the restructuring of such transactions and the sale and purchase of (performing and non-performing) loan portfolios.

Linda furthermore has experience in financial regulatory law. She advised on national, international and European regulatory matters affecting banks, insurers, investment firms, investment funds and other financial entities, including anti-money laundering law and the (special) duty of care under Dutch civil law.
