Róbin de Wit focuses on data protection, gambling and advertising law. Previously, Róbin worked at the Restructuring practice of DLA Piper where she was engaged in all aspects of insolvency law and acted for banks, creditors and companies in distress.

Róbin advises both national and international clients on all aspects of data protection related topics, such as policy making and general compliance - including the use of cookies and dealing with data security breaches. Róbin has extensive experience in dealing with the Dutch Data Protection Authority and assists clients with drafting and executing necessary notifications regularly.

In addition, Róbin has experience in gambling (compliance) related matters and obtaining licenses from the Dutch gambling authority. Furthermore, she is involved in a wide range of advertising law cases and provides advice on the Dutch Advertising Code on a frequent basis.
