Andrew Wylie advises on the full spectrum of funds work, including the structuring and establishment of funds, fund restructuring, advice to potential investors in funds and advice about managed accounts.

Andrew's clients range from the managers of hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds to family offices, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.

He also advises on most types of investment funds, including credit funds, hedge funds, infrastructure funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, as well as managed accounts.

Andrew has a wealth of international experience and has advised about private funds in all major fund jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, the USA, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, the Middle East, the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands.

Andrew is a member of the Cambridge Land Economy Advisory Board which provides support and advice to the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. Andrew is also an External Speaker on the Master of Finance programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.

Andrew is also a trustee of The Forward Trust, a UK charity.
