DLA Piper advises James Hardie Industries in its €400 million debut euro bond offering
Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay the bridge loan that supports the company's recent acquisition of Fermacell, a fiber gypsum board manufacturer. DLA Piper had previously represented the company in the Fermacell acquisition.
