DLA Piper advises Avison Young in acquisition of GVA

DLA Piper represented Avison Young, a Toronto-based global commercial real estate services firm, in its acquisition of GVA, a London-based leading real estate advisory-led business, and the related financing transactions.

GVA offers services that span the entire property life cycle from strategy and planning to delivery and management. The firm has 1,500 employees in 15 offices in the UK, Ireland and Poland. GVA is also a founding member and majority shareholder of GVA Worldwide Ltd., an international organization of licensed affiliate commercial real estate companies with offices across 25 countries.
