The DLA Piper team representing Critical Start was led by partner Eric Grossman (Northern Virginia) and included partners Stacy Paz (Silicon Valley) and Thomas Hendershot (Northern Virginia); of counsel Matthew VanderGoot and Sanjay Beri (both of Northern Virginia); attorney Cara Hupprich (Northern Virginia); and associate Katie Lee (New York).
