DLA Piper (Canada) LLP recognized as a Top Canadian Employer for Young People
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is thrilled to be recognized as a national leader for its dedication to young employees by Canada’s Top Employers for Young People (2022).
The designation recognizes employers that offer the nation's best workplaces and programs for young people as they begin their careers. The organizations recognized in the 2022 edition were applauded for reflecting the values of young workers and assisting them to have social impact.
The 2022 selection criteria included: programs and initiatives offered to attract and retain young professionals such as benefits, mentorships and training programs; career management; initiatives that help younger workers advance faster; and co-op experience that benefits local communities.
DLA Piper Canada's recognition was attributed to a varying range of programs and initiatives for students, staff and associates such as: in-house career planning and training; group and one-on-one mentorship programs; co-op and pro-bono opportunities; leadership training; social events; nationally coordinated seminars; and our adaption to virtual platforms to stay connected during the pandemic.
