DLA Piper receives Mansfield 6.0 Certified Plus status

DLA Piper is pleased to announce the firm has achieved Mansfield 6.0 Certified Plus status for 2023.

Mansfield Certification Plus, awarded by Diversity Lab, is awarded to firms who demonstrate that lawyers have a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. 

The “Plus” designation, which only half of the certified firms have achieved this year, indicates that DLA Piper has a diversified leadership team and that the firm has transparent advancement and compensation processes. DLA Piper has received Certified Plus recognition for all iterations of the rule since becoming a signatory in 2017. 

“By tracking and analyzing the benchmarks provided by the Mansfield rule, we are able to demonstrate the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. We are pleased by our Mansfield recognition and will continue presenting career-building opportunities for all of our people,” said Jackie Park, DLA Piper’s co-US managing partner.

The recognition is named after Arabella Mansfield, the first woman admitted to practice law in the United States. DLA Piper has participated in every year of the initiative.
