DLA Piper advises on five winning deals at Finance Dublin Deals of the Year 2026

DLA Piper has been recognised as a winning firm at the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards 2026; advising on five transactions across the M&A, Debt Capital Markets, and Loans & Financing categories.

The annual awards celebrate excellence in Irish corporate finance and financial services transactions, showcasing the leading deals, dealmakers and advisers operating in the market. They also highlight the breadth of the world-class professional services offerings servicing Ireland's corporate and financial services sectors.

DLA Piper’s involvement across multiple winning transactions reflects the depth of the firm’s legal capabilities and its role as a trusted adviser on complex, high-value and often cross-border matters.

Conor Houlihan, Head of Finance in Ireland, said:

“Five awards, including three financings, is a strong reflection of the volume and quality of cross-border mandates we delivered in 2025 as we continue to build towards being the leading firm in Ireland for complex, cross-border work. The spread across securitisation, PPP and project finance underlines a clear focus on delivering capital solutions across products, at scale, for global clients.”

Speaking further on the recognition, Matthew Cole, Head of Corporate in Ireland, commented:

“The two awards for M&A showcase the deep experience of our Dublin Corporate team in executing the most complex, high value mandates for both Irish and international clients.”
