DLA Piper advised Resmed on the acquisition of the STANMED24 business

Resmed is the leading health technology company focused on sleep, breathing and care delivered in the home.  The company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and is included in the S&P 500 Index. STANMED24 specializes, among other things, in the sale of medical equipment used for the treatment of sleep apnea and oxygen therapy.

The transaction strengthens Resmed’s presence in the Polish market for medical devices used in the treatment of respiratory diseases.

The DLA Piper transaction team was led by Michał Bałdowski, counsel. The team also included Artur Hammermeister, junior associate, and Jan Leśniak, paralegal.
