Since 2013 our leadership alliance for women committee has promoted and enhanced the role of women in law and business, both in New Zealand and globally. 

In New Zealand we launched our diversity and inclusion steering committee in 2017. We promote an inclusive work environment for all, flexible working and workplace agility, cross-generational understanding, and inclusivity of all races and cultures.
