Tamara Andreoglou practices in the area of general corporate law with an emphasis on corporate organization, commercial agreements and transactions, as well as commercial disputes.

Tamara has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contract drafting, review and negotiations, corporate formation and corporate governance matters.  Tamara regularly advises corporate clients of their rights, liabilities and obligations in day to day legal issues, providing strategic recommendations and practical solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives and goals. 

Tamara has assisted senior counsel by conducting due diligence reviews in the context of asset and share purchase transactions, including cross-border transactions, and drafting transactional documents.

Tamara also has experience in the area of land expropriation matters and has assisted senior counsel in advising expropriated land owners of their rights and entitlements in connection with Alberta land compensation board claims.

Recently, Tamara assisted senior counsel with a joint venture transaction, involving a series of joint venture interest dispositions and a simultaneous corporate reorganization. 

Tamara works with clients in both the public and private sector, including government agencies, independently owned businesses and large corporations.
