Michael Bakhama is developing his practice primarily in the area of litigation, including disputes related to estates and trusts, real estate, and tortious interference with contractual relations. Michael's practice includes pro bono matters involving major issues of constitutional law, international law and criminal procedure. 

Michael also practices in the area of estate planning, including the drafting and construction of wills and trusts; estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters; advising fiduciaries; and all aspects of estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
