Brian J. Boyle is a litigator and advisor who helps businesses solve complex regulatory, compliance and public policy challenges, and represents them in high-stakes litigation and investigations. His practice focuses on antitrust, trade regulation and consumer protection matters.

Brian's litigation practice includes nationwide class actions, disputes between competitors and whistleblower litigation. Brian also regularly represents clients in government investigations, including by the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Federal Trade Commission and state enforcement authorities. His experience includes a wide range of antitrust matters, as well as cases involving alleged unfair or deceptive trade practices, privacy and advertising issues, and other consumer protection claims.

Brian also helps clients proactively manage their regulatory, compliance and public policy challenges. He helps craft and implement compliance policies, advises clients on advertising, marketing and e-commerce issues, and counsels clients on the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including Hart-Scott-Rodino approval. He also assists clients facing trade regulation issues in front of legislative and administrative bodies, drafting and advancing proposed legislation, and providing advice on legislative testimony.
