Brian J. Boyle is a litigator and advisor who focuses his practice on antitrust, trade regulation, and consumer protection matters.

Brian's litigation and investigations practice includes nationwide class actions, disputes between competitors, and qui tam litigation. Brian also represents clients in government investigations, including by the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Federal Trade Commission and state enforcement authorities. His experience includes merger, monopoly, and price-fixing matters, as well as cases involving alleged unfair or deceptive trade practices, privacy and advertising issues, and other consumer protection matters.

Brian also helps clients proactively manage their regulatory, compliance, and government policy challenges. He helps craft and implement compliance policies, advises clients on advertising regulations and claim substantiation, and counsels clients on the antitrust aspects of proposed strategic initiatives. He also assists clients facing trade regulation issues in front of legislative and administrative bodies, advancing proposed legislation, and providing advice on legislative testimony.

Brian is a member of the Philadelphia office's Hiring Committee.
