Brian J. Boyle represents US and international clients in complex litigation, investigations and public policy matters. He concentrates his practice on antitrust, competition and consumer protection law.

Brian has represented clients in class actions, disputes with competitors and qui tam litigation. He has experience litigating in federal and state courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration. Brian also regularly represents clients in government investigations, including by the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Federal Trade Commission and state enforcement authorities.

In addition to handling adversarial matters, Brian helps clients understand and manage their regulatory, public policy and compliance challenges. Brian serves as Pennsylvania government affairs counsel, providing legislative advocacy and advice on strategically important public policy issues. He also counsels clients on antitrust and consumer protection compliance and represents them in the Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification process.
