Andrew Bunn has a varied litigation practice representing companies in court, arbitration and regulatory proceedings, in cases including individual and class-action claims on such issues as consumer complaints, business disputes, contract and policy interpretations, benefit entitlements, sales practices, ERISA, securities, financial instruments, telecommunications, managed care and regulatory disputes.

Among his clients are some of the country's largest life and health insurance companies, financial institutions, telecommunications providers and manufacturers. Andrew has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases to verdict, and he has extensive appellate experience.

Andrew has also represented lawyers and law firms in professional malpractice litigation and has litigated federal contract bidding contests, non-competition agreements, broker disputes, accidental death claims and land use disputes.
