Patrick Castañeda focuses his global practice on government and internal investigations, corporate compliance, e-discovery, and complex civil litigation.

Patrick represents multinational and domestic clients in government and internal investigations concerning the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Sanctions & Export Controls, Antitrust, Consumer Protection, and Fraud. He has assisted clients with strengthening corporate controls, policies, and procedures, and has managed complex e-discovery in response to government and internal inquiries. Patrick also has experience in nearly all phases of litigation, including appeals.

He has experience with matters involving the Department of Justice, Securities & Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, and Federal Bureau of Investigation. Patrick has advised clients in several sectors including life sciences, consumer products, and telecommunications concerning issues in the United States, Asia, Europe, South America, Africa, and the Middle East.
