Chris represents sponsors, lenders, construction companies and other project participants in relation to the development, financing, construction and operation of a wide range of capital-intensive projects in the United States and abroad, including projects in the energy, transportation and public-private partnership infrastructure space.

Chris's experience includes bank, tax-exempt and taxable capital market financings, financings benefitting from political and comprehensive risk insurance coverage, and financings that involve the participation of multilateral and export credit agencies. Before attending law school, Chris worked as a project manager for General Electric and Sonangol (the national oil company of Angola).
