Arielle Eisenberg focuses her practice in the area of management-side labor and employment.

Arielle represents employers in a broad range of employment issues including restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, leave, reductions in force and wage and hour. She has written before the EEOC and federal courts defending claims under the ADA, Title VII, FMLA, the FLSA and other federal and state employment laws.

In addition to her litigation experience, Arielle counsels clients across all industries in an effort to prevent disputes from occurring. She drafts employment handbooks and various employment agreements to ensure compliance with various laws. As part of that practice, Arielle counsels corporate and private equity clients on employment matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
