Kevin advises private and publicly traded multinationals on international tax planning and operational structuring matters including global expansion, supply chain optimization, post-acquisition integration, legal entity rationalization and implementation of strategic transfer pricing.

Kevin’s practice also focuses on structuring and negotiating cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, financing transactions and reorganizations for multinational companies doing business across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.  Kevin also supports international tax audit and controversy matters.

Kevin is a frequent speaker at industry events including Tax Executives Institute and International Fiscal Association conferences and he has written for Tax Notes and other prominent publications.
