Monique Evans is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group, practicing general civil and commercial litigation and transportation law, with a particular focus on railway matters.

Monique has represented clients and assisted senior counsel in BC’s Provincial and Supreme Courts. She has also assisted senior counsel in matters at the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Canadian Transportation Agency. Particularly, Monique has experience with level of service arbitration and complaints, final offer arbitration, and appeals.

Monique is a graduate of the University of Ottawa where she completed an Option in public law. During law school, Monique interned with the BC Ministry of Justice, a personal injury law firm in Vancouver, and the Canadian Transportation Agency.

Monique joined the firm as a summer articled student in 2014, articled with the firm in 2015 and joined as Associate in 2016.
