Paul Erian represents employers and management in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels, as well as in mediations.

His litigation experience includes defense of claims of discrimination, retaliation and harassment, wage and hour disputes, the enforcement of employment contracts and non-competition covenants and tort claims arising out of the employment relationship, such as fraud, tortious interference and unfair competition. Paul has represented employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, as well as class and collective actions.

Paul also counsels employers on a broad range of employment-related matters, including anti-discrimination laws, employee classification, terminations and other disciplinary actions, employment and separation agreements, investigations of alleged misconduct, employment policies and practices and litigation avoidance.
