Sabreena El-Amin primarily practices management-side employment and labor work.

Sabreena represents employers in a broad range of employment issues, including restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, leave, reductions in force, whistleblower and wage and hour. She has written and appeared before various administrative agencies and state and federal courts. She has extensive experience defending against claims under the ADA, Title VII, the FMLA, the FCRA, the FLSA and other federal, state and local employment laws.

In addition to her dispute resolution experience, Sabreena regular counsels clients in an effort to prevent disputes from occurring. She drafts employment handbooks and various employment agreements to ensure compliance with various laws. She counsels on implementing proper protocols to implement various employment laws. She often counsels non-US employers on doing business in the United States.
