Ashley Green is a business-oriented attorney with a leading intellectual property practice in the areas of brand and trademark counseling, social media and advertising, copyright and Internet issues.

Ashley advises clients on brand development and the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and agreement drafting for multi-million dollar deals.

Ashley also manages trademark and copyright portfolios ranging in size from small start-ups to larger established entities, which include some of the world's most iconic brands. Taking advantage of her experience as law clerk at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, she also assists in litigation matters before the Board and manages a large number of intellectual property enforcement matters worldwide.

Ashley also counsels clients on online intellectual property protection. She regularly assists clients in implementing policy and procedure under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and also helps copyright owners take advantage of the DMCA to remove unauthorized use of their works on the Internet. She has acquired important domain names for brands through negotiations and has successfully helped clients take action against cybersquatters through the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy process.

Capitalizing on her prior experience working on intellectual property issues for the world's largest museum, Ashley advises clients on permissible use of copyright protected materials and associated publicity rights. In addition, she helps clients draft social media influencer agreements and navigate the Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines for influencers.

Ashley is committed to her pro bono work and serves on the National Advisory Council for the Stonewall National Museum and Archives.
