Cherelle Glimp focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation. 

Cherelle has experience defending employers and senior executives before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels.  She has represented employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits as well as putative class actions. Cherelle defends wage and hour class actions involving claims of meal and rest period violations, failure to pay wages and/or bonuses, off-the-clock work, and misclassification claims. She also represents employers in cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, trade secrets, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

Before joining DLA Piper, Cherelle served as a law clerk to Chief Judge R. Guy Cole of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
