Cherelle Glimp focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation. She has defended employers and senior executives before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels.

She has represented employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits as well as putative class actions. Cherelle defends wage and hour class actions involving claims of meal and rest period violations, failure to pay wages and/or bonuses, off-the-clock work, and misclassification claims. She also represents employers in cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, trade secrets, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

Cherelle regularly conducts complex, sensitive investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and other forms of misconduct. Cherelle's proficiency in blending legal knowledge with investigative strategies has been instrumental in shaping company policies, mitigating legal risk, and promoting collaborative work environments.
