Russell Gardner's practice encompasses all areas of management-side labor and employment discrimination law.

He regularly advises on union-avoidance matters, including representation before the National Labor Relations Board. Russell's employment law practice includes advice and counsel in employment discrimination and OSHA matters, and appearance in defense of employment claims, including ERISA claims, in state and federal courts across the nation. His litigation experience includes several employment-related class action proceedings. Russell also advises in the drafting of employment agreements, including non-competition agreements, and offers litigation experience in the enforcement of such agreements. He has written and lectured extensively on a variety of employment topics, particularly the Americans with Disabilities Act and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
