Kathryn Hauch concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and business law.

She represents clients in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence (title, survey and zoning), financing, leasing (retail, office, theater/entertainment, residential and industrial) and in the management and development of various property types (mixed-use communities, sports, theater and entertainment, multi-family, hotel, office, condo, retail and industrial, and other incidental commercial contracts). Her clients, based internationally and within the US, include commercial investors, developers, landlords, tenants, financial institutions, brokers, REITs, and public and private entities. She also provides clients with guidance on various zoning and land use matters.

Kathryn largely represents landlords and tenants in the development of mixed-use, planned communities. Most recently, she represented a Major League Baseball team in its acquisition, development, financing and leasing of the team's new "home" ballpark and its surrounding mixed-used project.

Additionally, Kathryn advises on real estate matters within the context of larger, more complex non-real estate transactions on behalf of the firm's corporate clients, ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies.
