Matthew Iverson focuses on assisting financial and commercial clients in complex litigation, such as insurance and securities class actions, employment discrimination matters, intellectual property matters and securities fraud suits. 

Matthew assists banking clients in responding to congressional inquiries and regulatory investigations, and he has successfully coordinated client responses to investigations by congressional committees, the Social Security Administration Inspector General, and the New York and Massachusetts Attorneys General.

Matthew also focuses on complex land-use litigation and in that capacity assists clients in construction, zoning and environmental disputes with commercial and governmental agencies. He has successfully advocated for clients before state and local regulatory and planning agencies, including the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the Martha's Vineyard Commission.

Matthew has represented clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and federal and state trial courts.
