Peter Jull is counsel in the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. His practice focuses on corporate and banking litigation, construction, employment, and oil & gas litigation.

Peter also practises in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency & restructuring. He has extensive experience in litigation, insolvency and restructuring, receivership, security enforcement and major debt reorganization matters.

As an experienced litigator, Peter has appeared as counsel before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada, and various regulatory and administrative boards, and arbitration hearings.

Peter’s recent retainers include acting on behalf of a variety of clients on a number of court supervised major restructuring and re-organizations. He also provides ongoing advice to a major Canadian chartered bank regarding security enforcement, lender’s liability and recovery matters.

Peter was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2000.
