Jad Kazan's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in corporate matters, including cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investment and general corporate matters. Jad's experience also includes representing clients in capital markets and debt financing transactions.

During his first year with the firm, Jad was seconded to a global alternative asset management firm where he was responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and confidentiality agreements.

Before joining the firm, Jad practiced law at a boutique law firm in Beirut, Lebanon, where he represented and advised Middle Eastern companies and high net worth individuals on a wide range of issues, including general corporate law, banking and regulatory matters.
