Jill Keller concentrates her practice on government investigations, internal investigations and compliance, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls and white collar criminal defense.

She has represented and defended corporations and individuals in a number of industries, including the pharmaceutical and education industries, as well as international NGOs.

Jill represents clients on a wide variety of compliance matters, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as advising and enhancing their compliance programs in response to investigations. Her experience also includes working with clients on sophisticated electronic discovery issues.

Prior to join the litigation practice, Jill gained extensive government affairs skills representing clients on pharmaceutical, healthcare, education and foreign policy issues before the Legislative and Executive Branches. She also helped clients to develop and implement strategies to address policy needs requiring the attention of the federal government.

Jill serves as a member of DLA Piper's Leadership Alliance for Women (LAW).
