William Kramer has broad experience in federal regulatory matters, including agency proceedings, related litigation, and legislative and policy work.

William has extensive experience in international trade matters such as antidumping, countervailing duty and other import relief proceedings, international trade legislation, trade negotiations and agreements, and trade litigation.

William's international trade clients have included domestic producers, distributors, importers and foreign producers in a wide range of industries, including ferroalloys, nonferrous metals and alloys, chemicals, electronics products, construction materials, industrial products and components and consumer products. He has represented these clients with respect to international trade matters before the US Department of Commerce, US International Trade Commission, the Office of the US Trade Representative, US Customs and Border Protection, the US Congress and the federal courts. William also provides counsel on international trade matters such as international agreements, existing and prospective trade relief actions brought by clients or their competitors, as well as circumvention, Customs fraud and tariff classification matters.
