Diana Maltzer is a senior associate who concentrates her practice on high-stakes securities and class action litigation, complex litigation, internal investigations and business disputes for national and international businesses.

Her experience includes defending C-level executives, members of the board of directors and public companies against 1933 and 1934 Securities Act allegations, whistleblower complaints, government agency investigations and claims of breach of fiduciary duty. She also prosecutes claims for unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract, including in relation to merger and acquisition deals.

Ms. Maltzer also has extensive experience managing e-discovery in complex litigation, including discovery across multiple countries. Ms. Maltzer has practiced in Silicon Valley for more than eight years and efficiently resolves contract disputes for private and public companies before litigation is filed.

Ms. Maltzer is a committed participant in pro bono legal representation, consistently contributing over 100 hours per year. In this capacity, Ms. Maltzer has successfully argued before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
