Tony practices in the area of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, international commercial transactions and finance, with an emphasis on M&A, natural resources and energy, infrastructure projects/PPP.

Tony has spent more than 20 years in Japan and speaks Japanese. From February, 1997 until June 2011, Tony served as Managing Partner of the former Canadian firm’s Tokyo office. From 2011 until June, 2015 he was Managing Partner at Tokyo based Davis & Takahashi, a relationship firm of the former firm. Tony lectures frequently in the field of international legal and commercial affairs.
