Naomi Metcalfe’s practice includes all areas of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent and trade-mark litigation.

Naomi has experience advising on intellectual property rights and vulnerabilities, as well as determining possible resolutions between parties. She works with clients in a variety of industries, including those in the life sciences, technology and commercial sectors.

Naomi completed the J.D. program at the University of Western Ontario in 2014, where she received the Bereskin & Parr Award in Industrial and Intellectual Property for demonstrating exceptional academic ability in the subject. Prior to attending law school, Naomi obtained a BSc.H. in Life Sciences (Research Specialization) from Queen’s University, graduating with distinction. As an undergraduate she was involved in research projects with both medical and industrial applications.
