Tina Mihoc practices general litigation at both the trial and appeal levels. She is a well-rounded advocate with experience in many areas of the law.

While she particularly enjoys cases and areas of law that engage her background in science and pharmaceutical and medical research, including medical negligence, wrongful death, environmental contamination and products liability, Tina’s litigation experience includes defamation cases, complex, multi-jurisdictional family law cases and cases involving the validity and breaches of trusts.

Tina has:

  • appeared before Registrars, Masters and Judges in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in a variety of matters including taxations, interlocutory applications, injunctions and trials.
  • appeared before the Court of Appeal of British Columbia in leave applications and on appeal.
  • prepared leave to appeal applications to the Supreme Court of Canada.
  • appeared in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
