Robert Mower has nearly 15 years' experience advising on a wide variety of financing transactions, with particular emphasis on real estate structured finance.

Robert regularly represents large institutional lenders and international investment banks in connection with the structuring and origination of complex mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity financing and has worked on some of the largest real estate development projects in London. He has particular knowledge in the tranching and servicing of real estate-based loans, as well as the distribution of loans and loan interests through participations, intercreditor arrangements, syndications, club deals and sale transactions.

Most recently, Robert's practice has focused on the restructuring and workout of troubled loans and the sale of mortgage and mezzanine loan interests secured by distressed real estate assets. He regularly advises large institutional lenders in connection with the restructuring and special servicing of multi-tiered financing arrangements involving complex intercreditor, servicing and securitisation arrangements.
