As the former Assistant General Counsel – Privacy & Security – and global privacy director of a Fortune 20 healthcare company, Peter developed and orchestrated the firm's global privacy and data protection program, including initiation of an EU binding corporate rules application. Currently, he advises clients across industry sectors with respect to rules governing employee, customer and patient data; responding to regulators from the Federal Trade Commission, US Department of Health and Human Services and state attorneys general; and supporting post-enforcement compliance obligations.
