Tara Marie Pellicori focuses her practice on the representation of corporate, institutional and individual clients on matters ranging from complex corporate finance to venture capital transactions, institutional and private equity financing in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and private placements, as well as private equity fund activities,as well as general corporate governance and developing and executing complicated strategic plans of corporate reorganizations.

She serves on DLA Piper's Global Associates Committee as the Philadelphia associate representative and the “At-Large” Member of its Executive Committee.  She also serves as the Philadelphia associate representative for the firm’s Leadership Alliance for Women Committee, and, in March 2016, she once again served as Philadelphia chairwoman of DLA Piper’s National Women’s History Month Event. DLA Piper has recognized Tara as a DLA Piper Woman Leader for her service on key committees and other leadership roles and as a Philadelphia Pro Bono Award Winner.

Tara is a member of DLA Piper’s North American Pro Bono Committee and the nonprofit and social enterprise subcommittee.
